We have an immediate job opening for Java Programmers who will be able to create and maintain internal software programs for our businesses. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in software development and programming using Java. The candidates have to be hard-working individuals who have a creative but analytical mindset. He or she should be self-motivated and self-supervised, as telecommuting is encouraged for at least part of the work week.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Design and develop high-volume applications that deliver a high level of performance.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need.
• Conduct end-user training upon completion of software.
• Troubleshoot system bugs and issues.

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related from any public or private university.
• Three years plus working experience in software development.
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
• Proven working experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and troubleshoot problems quickly.

• Fiber optics Network Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
• Network up gradation and installation planning, designing, monitoring and reporting.
• UTP cabling and connector punching.

• Knowledge about Splicing, OTDR and Power meter.
