Q: I have successfully downloaded the AgniTalk app. How do I start?
Ans: For new user, click on sign up, enter your phone number and click on signup. You will be notified via SMS and uses the password to activate your account. You also have to complete NID Verification process. Without NID Verification, you can use the Apps only for User-to-User free call and Chat but for making outgoing Calls, SMS, and Bill Pay you must have to verify your Account.
Q: I am trying to do the signup and not receiving Verification code.
Ans: AgniTalk requires an active phone number to create an account. If you’re having issues verifying, please verify the following:
1. Check the phone number you provided and retry the registration process. Ensure your phone is currently connected to a mobile data or Wi-Fi network.
2. During the verification process if you did not receive an SMS notification code, please do not try repeatedly. You can press call me option then system will give you call to play the IVR with code.
Q: Are all calls free on AgniTalk?
Ans: User to user Audio, Video, IPTSP to IPTSP and Conference call are totally free. But for Outgoing Call to GSM (GP/Robi/Banglalink/Teletalk), Landline and SMS you have to pay charge.
Q: Will I still receive AgniTalk calls or chat when the application is running in the background?
Ans: Yes, AgniTalk allows you to receive incoming calls or messages even when your AgniTalk application is running in the background through push notifications.
Q: What we can do with AgniTalkchat?
Ans: AgniTalk is a free, multiplatform messaging app that lets you make video and voice calls, send text messages, and more — all with just a Wi-Fi and mobile data connection.

Ans: AgniTalk Credit is a convenient and easy way to pay for AgniTalk features that are not free. You can use it to make calls to mobiles and landlines, and send SMS text messages, all at AgniTalk’s low rates.

Ans: Yes, you can see all the calls made through your account, duration and total amount charged for the calls by logging into your account.
Q: Is there any monthly charge or minimum usage fee?
Ans: No. There is no minimum usage level, no monthly charge. You only pay for the calls you make.
Q: How to add an international phone number?
Ans: Open your phone's address book. When adding the contact's phone number, start by entering a plus sign (+). Enter the country code, followed by the full phone number. Note: A country code is a numerical prefix that must be entered before the full national phone number to make a call to another country.
For example, if a contact in the United States (country code "1") has the area code "408" and phone number "XXX-XXXX", you'd enter +1 408 XXX XXXX.
