AgniTalk supports mobile and Wi-Fi data connections, helping you reach friends and family only from Bangladesh. If you choose to use a mobile data network, you should consult your service provider as data charges may apply.

Yes! AgniTalk uses industry encryption technology to protect your personal information. If you have other questions about the safety and security of your personal information, please do not hesitate to contact us at customer.care@agni.com

For new user, click on sign up, enter your phone number and click on signup. You will be notified via SMS and uses the password to activate your account. You also have to complete NID Verification process. Without NID Verification, you can use the Apps only for User-to-User free call and Chat but for making outgoing Calls, SMS, and Bill Pay you must have to verify your Account.

AgniTalk requires an active phone number to create an account. If you’re having issues verifying, please verify the following:

1. Check the phone number you provided and retry the registration process. Ensure your phone is currently connected to a mobile data or Wi-Fi network.

2. During the verification process if you did not receive an SMS notification code, please do not try repeatedly. You can press call me option then system will give you call to play the IVR with code.

Ans: User to user Audio, Video, IPTSP to IPTSP and Conference call are totally free. But for Outgoing Call to GSM (GP/Robi/Banglalink/Teletalk), Landline and SMS you have to pay charge.
Ans: Yes, AgniTalk allows you to receive incoming calls or messages even when your AgniTalk application is running in the background through push notifications.
Ans: AgniTalk is a free, multiplatform messaging app that lets you make video and voice calls, send text messages, and more — all with just a Wi-Fi and mobile data connection.
Ans: AgniTalk Credit is a convenient and easy way to pay for AgniTalk features that are not free. You can use it to make calls to mobiles and landlines, and send SMS text messages, all at AgniTalk’s low rates.
Ans: Please go to “More” options then select recharge and next to online payment from Credit Cards/Mobile Banking (Nagad, Bkash)/Net Banking.
Ans: You will see your account balance from Dial Pad and My Profile Page.
Ans: Absolutely not! Your account never expires! You can always check your balance online to make sure that!
Ans: Yes! You can transfer your balance with your AgniTalk friends.
Ans: Yes, you can see all the calls made through your account, duration and total amount charged for the calls by logging into your account.
Ans: No. There is no minimum usage level, no monthly charge. You only pay for the calls you make.
Ans: Open your phone’s address book. When adding the contact’s phone number, start by entering a plus sign (+). Enter the country code, followed by the full phone number. Note: A country code is a numerical prefix that must be entered before the full national phone number to make a call to another country. For example, if a contact in the United States (country code “1”) has the area code “408” and phone number “XXX-XXXX”, you’d enter +1 408 XXX XXXX.
